Q: How do I setup a
virtual services account?
A: There are 3 steps to establishing a virtual services account.
1. Click "Service Request" from the Virtual Services page and follow the instructions.
2. If we can assist you, a quote
will be generated based on the information you provide.
3. Upon your approval of the
quote, service agreement and receipt of setup fee, your account will be set up.
Depending on your service request, it can take 2 to 5 business days to establish an account.
Q: How is virtual
bookkeeping different from regular bookkeeping?
A: The difference between virtual bookkeeping and regular bookkeeping is there are no
customer office visits. It is done remotely by securely accessing the customer's system or completing
the work at our office. Most of our work production is paperless. This method of bookkeeping is
eco-friendly as well as reduces both the customer's overhead and ours, creating a win-win situation.
Q:
I'm not sure how many hours of service I'll need. Can you estimate?
A: Yes. Please submit a
service request. Based on the information you
provide, we can estimate how many hours are required to complete the job.
Q: My business does not have a network system. How can you access it?
A: Please contact us for details on how to setup secure access. Include your phone number
for a return call.
Q: I would like to send my bookkeeping to you for processing instead of setting up a Quickbooks Online account. Do you offer this type of service?
A: Yes, we can process your bookkeeping at our office. However, we do not maintain any
paper files. Once services are completed, all documents are returned to you.
Q: If I have less than 8
hours of basic bookkeeping per month, how much would that cost?
A: There is a minimum number of hours required for all jobs, so even if you have less than
8 hours, the minimum still
applies. There are no monthly rollover of hours.
Q:
Does your
company process payroll?
A: Payroll is outsourced to a professional payroll company. This method ensures accuracy
and timely payroll tax filings. However, we setup the payroll account on your behalf and submit
the payroll information for processing. We also record the payroll using journal entries.
