PRIVACY POLICY TENFOLD Enterprises will not sell, trade, give, or rent any confidential information obtained from you to a third party.
Security Measures:
We protect the information you provide to us. Access to your information is limited to our team. All information that becomes obsolete is shredded prior to discarding.
The TENFOLD team does not have access to customers' credit or debit card information. We have partnered with PayPal® to handle all credit and debit transactions.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY We will gladly replace any defective or damaged product. Simply return the item(s) in it's original package within 10 business days from the date of receipt and we will send you a replacement as well as reimburse any shipping costs associated with returning the item. (Shipping cost reimbursements cannot exceed the amount that TENFOLD originally paid to send the product item(s) to the customer.)
We realize (and have experienced) that printed materials can be illegally copied and returned to the publisher. Therefore, all sales are final on printed materials. We DO NOT issue refunds for journals, handbooks/guides, eBooks, or newsletters that are published by our company.
SCHOLARSHIP POLICY As a community service, TENFOLD Enterprises periodically offers scholarship opportunities to college students. There are specific Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines set forth for each opportunity. Our program runs 3 to 5 months at a time providing students with an ample amount of time to apply. Participation is 100% voluntary. Our company cannot and will not be responsible and/or liable for students who miss out on any of our scholarship opportunities for any reason.
SERVICES AND PROJECTS All services and projects require a written contract. A good faith deposit is required before work can begin. Progress billing invoices are due upon receipt of invoice. Balance is due upon completion. Invoices that are 10 days past due will incur a 10% late fee for each past due month.
Fees:
- Travel fees are applicable for all office visits.
- Minimum billing charge is 3 hours.
- Service cancellations are subject to 3-hour billing charge (after 2 annual
courtesy cancellations.).
- We do not offer services for retail, wholesale, inventory/merchandise,
restaurant and adult industries.
- Virtual Services requires a one-time account setup fee.
ONLINE STORE POLICY The policies and terms of use issued by affiliate companies are applicable to online store products and services.
DOING BUSINESS WITH TENFOLD ENTERPRISES At this time, our business dealings are only conducted within the United States of America. However, this could change in the future.
We do not ship products outside of the U.S.A. Exception: We will send scholarship awards to U.S. Military personnel who are scholarship winners and stationed outside of the U.S.
