TENFOLD Enterprises (TE) will not sell, trade, give, or rent any confidential information obtained from you to a third party.
TE protects the information you provide. All information that becomes obsolete is deleted and/or shredded prior to discarding.
TE does not have access to customers' credit or debit card information. TE has partnered with PayPal® to handle all credit and debit transactions.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
TE realizes (and has experienced) that printed materials can be illegally copied and returned to us for a refund. Therefore, all sales are final on printed materials. We DO NOT issue refunds for journals, handbooks, guides, eBooks, or newsletters that are published by our company.
However, TE will gladly replace any defective or damaged product. Simply return the item(s) in its original package within 10 business days from the date of receipt and TE will send you a replacement as well as reimburse any shipping costs associated with returning the item. (Shipping cost reimbursements cannot exceed the amount that TE originally paid to send the product item(s) to the customer.)
SCHOLARSHIP POLICY (discontinued indefinitely)
As a community service, TENFOLD Enterprises periodically offers scholarship opportunities to college students. There are specific Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines set forth for each opportunity. Our program runs 3 to 5 months at a time providing students with an ample amount of time to apply. Participation is 100% voluntary. TE cannot and will not be responsible and/or liable for students who miss out on any scholarship opportunity for any reason. TE does not ship products outside of the U.S.A. However, TE will send scholarship awards to U.S. Military personnel who are scholarship winners and stationed outside of the U.S.
SERVICES AND PROJECTS
All services and projects require a written agreement. A good faith deposit is required before work can begin. Progress billing invoices are due upon receipt of invoice and payable weekly.
• Fees vary depending on the services requested.
• Travel fees may be applicable for all office visits.
• Minimum billing charge is 4-6 hours per week depending on service contract.
• Service cancellations are subject to 4-hour billing
charge (after 2 annual courtesy cancellations).
• TE does not offer services for retail, wholesale,
inventory/merchandise, restaurant and adult industries.
